Global equity markets rose 1.8% in local currencies during July, but were down 0.8% for Euro investors due to the continued strengthening of the Euro.   Eurozone equities rose 0.5% in what was a mixed month for markets, which were initially weak due to lower oil prices and the ECB’s possible change to its ultra-easy monetary policy.
